1. Assess your company's needs
We begin by collaborating with your team to understand the type of individual who fits well within your company’s culture and operational needs.
2. Hire and Place the FSO Within Your Company
Based on your specific requirements, we identify and recruit a Facility Security Officer (FSO) with the right qualifications and mindset. Once selected, the FSO is hired and becomes a direct employee of your company.
3. Appoint the FSO
Your company’s Senior Management Official (SMO) formally appoints the FSO, enabling them to take ownership of the security program.
4. FSO Takes Over Daily Security Operations
The appointed FSO manages the full scope of your security program, including:
- Security policies and training
- SEAD-3 travel/contact reporting
- Visit Authorizations (VARs)
- Insider threat program
- ITPSO responsibilities
- Incident response
- Self-inspections and audit preparation
- Regular coordination with DCSA
5. Enable FSO with AlphaClear
